Those associated with us in a professional context should feel confident that they can do the right thing. Part of this is being able to raise concerns. If you experience or hear about behavior that is inconsistent with our corporate culture or codes of conduct, or may even be inconsistent with legal requirements, we want you to report it so that it can be addressed appropriately.<\/p>\n<p>This concerns the following (potential) violations, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unlawful acts and omissions that are punishable by a penalty or fine (criminal offenses or administrative offenses)<\/li>\n<li>Human rights and environmental risks and violations of human rights or environmental obligations<\/li>\n<li>Violations of internal company guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Reporting office &amp; reporting channels:<\/h4>\n<p>We have decided to set up a cross-company internal reporting office and have two different reporting channels available for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>You are free to contact one or both of our case managers anonymously or under a pseudonym. All personal designations apply equally to all genders.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Protected group of persons:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Whistleblowers, <\/strong>including employees, staff, shareholders, employees of suppliers, customers and applicants.<\/p>\n<p>The protected group of persons also includes <strong>potential witnesses <\/strong>and other <strong>supporting persons<\/strong>, such as colleagues of the person providing the information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Absolute confidentiality:<\/h4>\n<p>You can rely on our absolute confidentiality! Under no circumstances do you have to fear any professional consequences or suffer any other disadvantages as a whistleblower if you contact our reporting office with a report.<\/p>\n<p>We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that, with the exception of the appointed trusted persons (case managers), no one has access to the protected information and that it is treated with absolute confidentiality.
