Introduction to the topic of trustworthy AI:
AI systems should be reliable and safe and follow ethical principles. Responsible AI is an important topic that ensures that artificial intelligence (AI) is used in an ethical and transparent manner.
To this end, we highlight the following topics in particular:
- Ethical AI – Ethical AI (fairness, responsibility, discrimination)
- Responsible AI (governance, rules, processes)
- Transparent AI (data collection, open/closed source models)
Presentation of application scenarios:
We use practical examples to show how AI can be used in various areas.
- Presentation of Westernacher AI applications (chatbot, knowledge database, information extraction, categorization, summary)
- Collecting customer scenarios (administration, pastoral care, education, public relations and IT support)
Evaluation of customer scenarios:
We evaluate your proposed application scenarios in terms of their feasibility and the potential of AI.
Legal aspects:
This includes the legal considerations when implementing the application scenarios, in particular the handling of personal data in accordance with the GDPR and church law.
Cloud or on-premise:
This refers to the storage and processing of data and models either in the cloud or locally (on-premise).
AI roadmap:
Perspective of a customer-specific AI roadmap as part of the digitalization strategy

Interactive training courses and workshops

Tailor-made courses ranging from automated data maintenance and authorization management to the design of church print works:
- Training for users, data maintenance staff and administrators
Our educators in the team of consultants train all ISIDOR content at the ISIDOR location in Bad Kreuznach or, on request, at your premises.

ISIDOR solution consulting differs from conventional consulting approaches in the same way that a church organization differs from an industrial or commercial enterprise.

For example, we do not have any sales employees. From the very first conversation about ISIDOR, you will be in close contact with your colleagues in the advisory team. Consultation appointments on site characterize the personal contact.
